Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender salmon and fresh spinach in a delightful sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 320g Pasta (e.g., Tagliatelle or Spaghetti)
  • 400g Fresh Salmon
  • 200ml Cream
  • 150g Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan (optional), for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until golden and fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the pan and sauté for a few minutes until cooked through. The surface should be slightly crispy while the fish remains tender inside.
  4. Incorporate spinach: Sprinkle the fresh spinach on top and let it wilt for a few minutes until soft.
  5. Stir in the cream: Pour the cream into the pan and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir until the pasta is coated with the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve: Garnish with grated Parmesan if desired and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Prepare all ingredients before cooking to streamline the process. Feel free to add cherry tomatoes or steamed broccoli for extra flavor and health.
