- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 250 g fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 100 g arugula or mixed salad greens
- 50 g walnuts, roasted
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 10 fresh basil leaves, torn
- 50 ml balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Select the finest peaches and slice them thinly, removing the pits.
- Prepare the arugula by washing it thoroughly and allowing it to drain.
- Toast the walnuts in a small pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
- Halve the mozzarella balls and add them to the mixing bowl.
- Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl for added texture.
- Add the torn basil leaves to the salad mix.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything gently to combine, allowing the colors to blend.
- Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
