Description

Delicious and crispy rice paper spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and herbs for a delightful taste experience.


Ingredients

  • Rice paper
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Cucumbers, julienned
  • Bell peppers, julienned
  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Shrimp or tofu
  • Peanut sauce or soy sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables: Slice carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers into thin strips.
  2. Cook the shrimp (if using) according to package instructions until they are pink and tender.
  3. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft and pliable.
  4. Arrange a small amount of vegetables, herbs, and shrimp or tofu in the center of the rice paper.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up carefully to form a roll.
  6. Serve the spring rolls with your choice of dipping sauce.
