- 200g Bärlauch (wild garlic), washed and chopped
- 500g mealy potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 100g flour (spelled or gluten-free)
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the wild garlic by washing it thoroughly and chopping finely.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mash the potatoes, then mix in the wild garlic, flour, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form small flat patties from the mixture.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip or enjoy straight from the pan.

For a healthier option, try baking the patties at 200°C until golden brown.
